Thank you for supporting an independent author, books and creative work. The following policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

Order Processing

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high demand, book launches, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Typical delivery estimates:

Within Australia

  • Standard shipping: approximately 3-6 business days
  • Express shipping: approximately 1-4 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–25 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

All physical orders include tracking where available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. While we will do our best to assist with any issues, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or be responsible for delays caused by postal services.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Digital Products (E-Books)

E-books and digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping. You will receive access to download your purchase immediately after completing your order.
