We want you to have a positive experience with your purchase. Please read the policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
E-Books & Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book and digital download purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.
Paperback & Hardcover Books
All paperback and hardcover books are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives significantly damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. When contacting us, include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement copy or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
